Aarogyam Kendra — Cochin Shipyard Ltd
Before
Villages around Hathikhera had no dedicated health facility. Reaching one meant travelling for it — a real barrier for women, adolescents and children.
Intervention
BSS managed the construction directly — inviting quotations, visiting contractors’ completed sites, engaging a local labour contractor and buying materials itself to control cost and quality.
Outcome
A 1,517 sq. ft. community health centre completed and inaugurated on Republic Day 2026, with a utilisation certificate and engineer-signed completion report submitted to CSL. CSL sanctioned ₹40 Lakh and released ₹34 Lakh in two tranches; BSS met the ₹6 Lakh balance from its own resources rather than reduce the specification.
Kishor Samvaad — Trent Pvt. Ltd.
Before
2,000 adolescents across 10 government schools in Jaipur had no access to health education or life skills training.
Intervention
BSS implemented the Kishor Samvaad ARSH programme, delivering structured health education sessions in all 10 schools over 15 months.
Outcome
2,000 adolescents educated on reproductive health, nutrition, and life skills. Teachers trained as ongoing resource persons.
Sambal SEDI Skills Centre — RKCL
Before
Rural women and youth in Ajmer had limited access to vocational training or employment-ready certifications.
Intervention
BSS operated the SEDI centre offering RS-CIT, RS-CFA, sewing, and photography courses — RKCL-approved certifications recognised by employers.
Outcome
300+ graduates certified between 2013 and 2025, when the state raised the minimum admissions threshold and the centre closed.

A building, from foundation to handover
Built and fitted out the 1,517 sq. ft. Aarogyam Kendra community health centre — inaugurated 26 January 2026, with a utilisation certificate and engineer-signed completion report. ₹34 Lakh of the sanction was released; BSS put in the ₹6 Lakh balance to finish it.
Two digital smart classrooms
Equipped two classrooms at Bal Sansar Public School with digital boards and furniture. Students of all classes use them in turn; they have been in daily use since.
A year of teachers' salaries
Supported staff salaries at the school through FY 2024-25 — the grant that keeps qualified teachers in a rural school where roughly half the families pay any fee at all.
Adolescent health across ten schools
Funded Kishor Samvaad, reaching about 2,000 adolescents aged 10-19 in ten government schools in Jaipur district with structured sessions on health and life skills.
