About BSS
BSS was established in 1992 by Dr. Priyamvada Singh in Jaipur, Rajasthan. For over three decades, we have been working towards empowering vulnerable communities — especially children, women, and youth.
Our headquarters are in Jaipur, Rajasthan with a field office in Ajmer. We actively operate across Jaipur, Ajmer, and Tonk districts with projects like BSPS (Ajmer), Taiyari (Ajmer & Tonk), and TI IDU covering 500 IDUs (Ajmer).
We welcome volunteers in teaching (at BSPS), organising health camps, providing professional skills (IT, design), and event organisation. Use the volunteer form on our contact page or write to [email protected].
Yes. BSS was established in 1992 and is registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act (Reg. 346/91-92). It holds PAN AAATB9592L, 80G, 12A, FCRA (125560132), CSR-1 (CSR00058152), and is listed on NGO Darpan (RJ/2017/0115287). All registration certificates are available on the Documents page.

Donations & Tax Benefits
Yes. BSS is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (Registration: AAATB9592L25JP02, valid AY 2027-28 to 2031-32). Indian taxpayers can claim a 50% deduction on donations. A tax receipt is emailed to you after every donation.
Yes. BSS is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act — FCRA Registration: 125560132, renewed through 31 March 2028. We legally accept donations from foreign nationals, NRIs, and international organisations.
Donations directly fund BSS's active programmes: the Bal Sansar Public School (155+ children in Ajmer), Taiyari adolescent health programme (1,800 direct beneficiaries and 20,000+ reached indirectly across 30 Gram Panchayats), TI IDU HIV prevention (500 IDUs sanctioned in Ajmer, 556 reached in 2025-26), and the Aarogyam Kendra community health centre. BSS publishes audited annual accounts — all documents are available at balsansarindia.com/documents.
BSS accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfer via Razorpay's secure payment gateway. Monthly and annual giving plans are available. For direct bank transfers or cheques, contact [email protected].
Yes. You can specify a programme preference (BSPS school, health programmes, or general corpus) in the donation remarks or by contacting [email protected]. For larger restricted grants or CSR partnerships, see balsansarindia.com/csr.
Funds directly support our programmes: education at BSPS, health awareness through Taiyari, HIV prevention through TI IDU, and the Aarogyam Kendra community health centre. BSS publishes audited annual accounts and maintains complete financial transparency.

CSR Partnerships
Yes. BSS is CSR-1 registered (CSR00058152) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, making it eligible to receive CSR funds under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. Its programmes map to Schedule VII: education (clause ii), healthcare (clause i), women empowerment (clause iii), and rural development (clause x).
Quarterly impact reports with data and photos, fund utilisation certificates for CSR compliance, independently audited financials, and field visit arrangements. Recent partners include Cochin Shipyard Ltd (Aarogyam Kendra, ₹40 Lakh), Trent Pvt. Ltd. (Kishor Samvaad), and Mitsubishi Elevator India (BSPS smart classrooms).

Bal Sansar Public School
BSPS is a village school run by BSS in Hathikhera, Ajmer district since 2013, providing education from pre-primary to Class 8 for 155+ children — 60% of them girls. Fees are kept flexible and subsidised so no child is turned away for financial reasons.
Parents and guardians can pay fees securely at balsansarindia.com/fees using UPI, card, or net banking, and receive a receipt by email. Fee payments are separate from donations and are not eligible for 80G receipts.
