This year's Ganesh Chaturthi at Bal Sansar Public School was celebrated by the school together. A Ganesh idol stood on a table decorated with marigolds, paper flowers and fruit, and the celebration ran from aarti to dancing to a quiet end with flowers in water.
What the video shows
The aarti was performed before the idol. Then the children took turns to dance in front of the decorated table, some alone and some in pairs, while their classmates sat together in the corridor to watch. The celebration ended with many hands placing flowers in a tub of water.
