Letter From The Founder

I take this opportunity to introduce Bal Sansar and myself. I am born and brought up in a traditional family of northern part of rural India. I did my schooling from the government school system and have completed my formal education in Social Sciences, law and management. However, most of my learnings in the life come from my work; this process is still on and will continue throughout my life. Being a professional in the development field I’ve had unique, insightful opportunities of working with International Development Aid Agencies, NGOs, community structures as well as Government systems, at the macro and micro levels. For last ten years, I am associated and was employed with the University of Manitoba (Canada) been responsible for UoM’s programmes in Northern Indian states, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

It is believed that to achieve the overall development agenda, empowering and motivating youth (i.e. people in their best energetic age and spirits) to be part of the national growth process is most critical. Many parts and population groups in our country struggle with developmental issues adverse socio-economic conditions more than the others. There is a felt need for integration of public, private and community efforts to achieve key development agenda ensuring basic education, healthcare services and civil amenities to enable communities leading a life with dignity.

We in Bal Sansar believe in wider sharing of diverse experiences, professionals skills, best practices locally and globally, and the missionary spirits of helping each other; key development problems can be dealt better and efficiently only through the joint efforts.
